Hi, I'm Jordan Sharp. I'm a Branch Manager for Commerce Bank, and I've worked here for five years.

About 10 years ago, I would've never thought that I would've worked at a bank. But once I came to Commerce, it was the culture that just allowed me to be myself at all times and that's allowed me to just get comfortable and stay.

What I like about Commerce is the amount of people that reach out, encourage you, and work
with you and to get you where you would like to go. Even the highest people up in the company, they're so relatable and easy to talk to. They're always just a message away, and that was very important to me. I learned that no matter who it is in the company, you can reach out to them and ask them for anything. That's what I try to do myself and just be available to anybody underneath me.

Another benefit is that I'm always able to help people. That's always been something that fills me up, knowing that I can solve someone's problem and offer solutions. And being able to help people out with something that is important, like money, it is definitely fulfilling. Just being who I am has allowed me to accept the Commerce culture, and Commerce culture has accepted me. That makes it easy to go on a day by day basis and be able to help customers out, and be able to meet people's needs.
