If you are declined for the role, don’t worry. There are a lot of reasons we may not move forward with your application that aren’t a reflection of your skills and abilities. No matter the case, we’ll do our best to let you know if you are not selected to move forward in the process as quickly as we can.

If you are a good match for an opening, one of our recruiters may contact you for a phone interview. If that goes well, the next step is an in-person chat. Don’t be nervous, we’re nice people to talk to!
As a heads up, we use a behavioral-based interview technique. Be prepared to talk about the projects, tasks or accomplishments that highlight your knowledge, skills and abilities.

Once you accept the employment offer, we will contact you to schedule your first day, review all the details, and sign you up for the training needed to get your Commerce career off to a great start. And that’s just the beginning! We’ve got a whole first-year onboarding program to ensure you are engaged and supported throughout your first year with Commerce.
