Hi, I'm Aaron Bales, Senior Account Manager - Commercial Card. I was drawn to Commerce Bank because of its strong reputation for innovation, culture, and customer focus. What I enjoy most is the people. Everyone is collaborative, supportive, and genuinely invested in making a difference—for our customers and for each other. There’s a culture of continuous improvement and learning that makes it an exciting place to be. 

The most rewarding part of my work is seeing the direct impact of what we do—whether it’s driving innovation through technology, improving client or internal processes, or delivering better solutions to our customers. It’s incredibly fulfilling to know my contributions help move the organization forward. The most pleasant surprise has been how approachable and supportive leadership is. There’s a real openness to new ideas, and leaders at all levels are accessible and genuinely interested in feedback and collaboration.
