While I knew of Commerce Bank, I did not know too much about its influence when I first applied for a job. At that time, I worked for a smaller financial institution and just about to finish my Master's Degree. What really attracted me to Commerce Bank was the chance to join a larger organization where I could explore more career opportunities. 

I've got to say, joining Commerce has been one of the best decisions I've ever made. Not only have I had the chance to learn and grow in my field, but about a year ago, I even had the opportunity to switch roles and try something completely new. It's been an amazing journey so far, and I'm grateful for all the experiences and opportunities presented to me at Commerce Bank. 
 

One of the most rewarding things about working at Commerce Bank for me has got to be the relationships I've built with my colleagues. The fact that I really have a voice and can make an impact in what I do. I genuinely feel like my opinion matters and that it can make a real difference in the way we work. 
 

From developing new programs to changing how we approach our tasks, it's amazing to see how our ideas can come to life and improve the way we do things. And one of the things I'm most passionate about is advocating for others. It's truly gratifying to be able to lift others up and support their growth and success. 

I'm proud to work for a company that genuinely cares about its employees and their well-being. And I've got to say, it feels great to know that I can make a difference in someone's life, even if it's just by lending a helping hand or sharing some advice.
