My role as a group manager at Commerce is to oversee the service delivery of the support centers within bank operations. I've been in the financial services industry for 25 years and I noticed Commerce during my recent job search. I was looking for a customer service type position and Commerce had one that spoke to me word for word. I got excited exploring more on what Commerce offered beyond just the role.

What I like about Commerce is having a voice. Being able to attend meetings, deliver presentations, outline the vision for my area or provide input for other areas is rewarding

I absolutely feel supported at Commerce Bank from my leadership and from different areas of the bank that understand the business model. I know I can take calculated risks because I have that support and they are leaning on me to perform as a leader within the bank.
