Hi, Courtney Liotta. I'm a Digital Marketing Product Manager. I chose to work at Commerce Bank because the team felt genuinely authentic during the interview process. Additionally, the company’s commitment to growth—both in terms of embracing innovative ideas for the website and providing personal growth opportunities really stood out to me. 

I truly enjoy the people at Commerce Bank. The people are the ones that create such a fantastic culture. My team has an incredible bond, and my role allows me to collaborate with various teams across the bank. 

The most rewarding part of my job is my collaboration with the group called Champions of Digital Accessibility. I enjoy teaching people across the bank about this very important topic. It's even more exciting when we see them apply these techniques to their work. Together, we are making someone’s life easier, and that is amazing! 

One of the most pleasant surprises of working at Commerce was participating in the Hackathon. I had never worked at a company that dedicated several days to innovation for those who wanted to participate across the company. It was a great way to see if an idea had the potential to move forward as a project on the roadmap, get to know other team members across the bank, and work to harness your MVP (minimum viable product) to present at the end of a few days.  

I recently recruited someone to work at Commerce Bank. I remember speaking so highly of the culture that it probably seemed "unreal" from an outside perspective. How many times have you heard a company say one thing, but then their actions show you something different? Here at Commerce, what you see and hear, IS actually what you get. I told them, "I promise it's true." They've been with the bank for over a year now, and I think they would tell you the same thing.
