Hi, I'm Elizabeth Taylor.  I'm a Senior Strategic Services Administrator.

When I chose Commerce, it was solely because I had heard of someone else recently getting a job as a banker there. I  looked up the job descriptions and openings in the area, and said I’m going to give it a shot.  The very next day a recruiter called me to set up an initial phone interview, and the rest is history.

What I like most about working here is the emphasis Commerce puts on employee retention, employee feedback, career development and continuous innovation. what has been most rewarding during my time here has been the relationships I have built, the leader I have become, and Commerce's purpose; focusing on what matters most.

The biggest surprise for me has been hearing my colleague's journeys and the friendships I have made.
